Patrick Hanaway, MD

Patrick Hanaway, MD, is the co-founder of Family to Family and the Chief Medical Officer of Genova Diagnostics.  Dr. Pat earned his Bachelors degree in Molecular Biology at the University of Wisconsin in 1981 and went on to complete his Medical degree at the University of Washington (St. Louis) and his Family Practice residency training at the University of New Mexico.  Dr. Pat's areas of research include muscle biology, neurochemisty, lipid metabolism, public health, preventative medicine, immunology, digestion and nutrition.

Dr. Pat currently serves as the President-Elect of the American Board of Integrative Holistic Medicine, and he lectures extensively on the clinical application of nutrition and genomics.  His areas of specialty include digestion, oxidative stress, inflammation, hormone metabolism and achieving long-term wellness.
